Located just outside of Mosier, between Hood River and The Dalles, The Rowena Crest viewpoint holds one of the most amazing views in the Columbia River George. The parking lot sits on an elevated hill, offering immense panoramic views of the Columbia river, abrupt cliff sides and the picture-perfect horseshoe road.
